Ben Browder was born on December 11,1962 in Memphis, Tennessee. His family owned and operated a NASCAR BuschSeries race car.Ben did a commercial with Bill Cosby for Wheaties cereal after a neighbor cast him. He is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. He went to London to study at London’s central School of Speech and Drama.It was in London that he met his wife actress Francesca Buller (“Chaplin”). He has two children and is active in coaching both in sports. The children appeared in the Farscape episode trilogy Look at the Princess.He added writing credits to his resume with two Farscape episodes : Green Eyed Monster and John Quixote. While working on Stargate SG1 he received a story credit for the episode Bad Guys. He and Farscape producer Andrew Prowse pitched and sold a mini-series to SyFy called Going Homer which is currently in a limbo status. He is also attatched to a film called Freeze Frame 4 Vets. A webseries based on John Stithe’s innovative novel Naught For Hire.
