Although I appreciate that Ben will have his reasons for cancelling his appearance at Chevron 7.7, I'm one of the people who had bought a ticket primarily to see Ben. To have him cancel so close to the date of the event has not only been a huge disappointment but has also meant that I have bought a ticket - at not an insignificant cost - to an event that I now have little interest in going to.
