This is a good thing. Farscape is the most positive fandom I have ever been involved with—-whether it be being amazed at a topic explored or in awe of the chemistry between Ben Browder and Claudia Black—we all agreed the story of John Crichton in the Uncharted Territories is still the best! The campaign to “save” Farscape was a stressful and invigorating to me personally. I was looking for old message board posts from The Ultimate Farscape board and came across this written by Claire Sainsbury, a true fan and great friend to the Save Farscape community.

I am waiting for PayPal to transfer the payment from the auction so I can make the payment. At that time I will add the cash collected at the Farscape Con(I added my change jar and we have a even $300!) —-that will be $685! That will leave $187 gap to make the goal. We have raised over $2000 for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation with almost 2 weeks to go! I have almost $300 from the Farscape con(shout out to tiggerscaper for cleaning out her stuff and the newbies who took the items for donating to the cause!) The auction just closed with the Scaper Army Blanket going for $385!!!!!!
